The wonderful Hobbiton Movie Set was quite the experience. I think that the green rolling hills of the surrounding area are stunning. It was so much fun to see the movie set in person. Walking through and recognizing things from the movies was a lot of fun. I’m very impressed by the amount of work that has been put into Hobbiton and they continue to improve and add details.

It’s a bit expensive, especially if you’re using local currency and not coming from a country with a stronger currency. I definitely recommend that you make sure to book your tour in advance. It’s something I’m glad that I was able to experience and I’m grateful to only live about a 45 minute drive away.
