Fitzroy Park Is Nicely Nestled Within The Neighborhood

Fitzroy Park Is nicely nestled within the neighborhood. When you’re driving by, it’s fairly easy to miss from Waterford Road, but it’s worth a stop. Just past the toilets, it opens up into a large open field. It’s large enough that some organised sport teams have games there. During the off-season, it’s a great place to throw a ball or disc. On the other side of the field, there’s a small slide and a couple other park toys. Most days, there are quite a few birds in the tall Eucalyptus that you can hear.
